Synerion Mobile application for medium tolarge size organizations enables employees to clock in and out viasmartphone, view their vacation balance, timesheets and report onstart/end of tasks.Location-based attendance reportingThe application tracks the geographical location from which In-and Out-times are recorded and displays degree of accuracy. Punchesreceived from outside the specified range are defined as exceptionsand flagged for verification.Timestamps are created at the exact time of reporting according tothe time zone in which the organization is operating. This allowsthe system to record punches from abroad in local time.In addition, the system allows employees to view all punches forthe current date. By clicking the punch, they can view the map orthe coordinates of the location from which the punch wasentered.Display of vacation balanceThe application allows employees to view their vacation balancedata: allowance, usage, and vacation balance. An expanded viewshows both last year's balance and the current year's allowance(Note: Integration with the Synerion Time and Attendance system isrequired).Timesheet DisplayThe Synerion Mobile application allows the employees to viewtheir Timesheet based on data from the Synerion Attendance system(Note: Integration with the Synerion Time and Attendance system isrequired).In the portrait orientation on the phone, the employee can viewhis/hers daily attendance and absence data, including errorindication, in the current or previous period. In the landscapeorientation, he/she can also view the regular, overtime anddeficiency hours, as well as summery of these columns.Reporting on Start/End of TaskSynerion Mobile enables employees to submit reports in real time onstart/end of tasks (These capabilities require integration withSynerion's labor costing system).Task reporting by smartphone supports the organization’s reportingconventions. Employees can view all their submitted reports for thecurrent date. Employees must first be registered to enable certainidentification. Inaddition, employees can track tasks throughout the day by reportingon up to four level of jobs.Absence ManagementEmployees and managers can view their real-time balances againstany accrual or entitlement tracked in the workforce managementsystem. The user will be able to see up to date balances in hoursor days tracking things like vacation, personal leave, or sickdays.Employees can request time off directly from the application,attaching a note if necessary. Managers can then approve time offrequests directly from their smartphones as well. The system willpresent all relevant validations to ensure the manager understandsall implications prior to approving the request.Timesheet DisplayThe Synerion Mobile Pro application allows the employees to viewtheir timesheet based on data from the Synerion EnterpriseAttendance system. The employee can view daily attendance andabsence data, including any errors for a specified pay period. Theemployee can also view a breakdown of hours including regular,overtime and deficiency hours, and a summary for the period inquestion.
